Financial Freedom Today

Do you feel as if you are in a Rat Race and want to get out, be rich and retired?

Do you spend too many hours working and not enough hours at home doing things with your spouse, children and the dog?

Felt feed up with life because you are so much in dept and the only way out into keep working all those long hours, so retirement is never going to happen early, because once the money stops how will you pay the Mortgage and credit card bills?

Do you feel that you have no control over your life and that time is running out, do you have sufficient cash to go on holiday?

Do you wish that you didn't have to work the hours you do, simply worked when you wanted to?

You're not on your own!

There are lots of people who are trapped in what we call the Rat Race, because they have to be. Simply because there are so many bills to pay as well as the dreams we want to fulfil. Many feel that they will be working for ever simply to pay their bills, not even having enough to enjoy a holiday.

Lots of people simply work to pay bills, and do so as they think they have no choice, but they will always have a desire to achieve financial freedom.

People dream of being able to choose when to work, without having to worry about reduced income, wanting the freedom to spend more time at home with their families, freedom to go on holiday, freedom is being able to choose what you want when you want it without the worries of whether you can afford it.

To work towards achieve financial freedom, finding  a better paid  job may not be the answer, because earning more money usually means a more expensive lifestyle, bigger house, more meals out, better holidays all because you think you earn it you can spend it. But those usually mean more hours at the office and less at home, and remember when it stops the money stops.

If this makes sense to you than you will come to see that financial freedom is not by how much money you earn, but by how long your money can last to support a "normal" lifestyle when you stop working.

Just think about it, if you had financial freedom you would have quality time to spend with friends and family, you would have more control over your life do things when you wanted to do them, take up a hobby, come and go as and when you want.

Is this all possible? The answer is YES it is. Ordinary people have achieved financial freedom, they may not be living the high life in big expensive houses, but they have time and money to spend on their family and have fantastic holiday around the world.

Ordinary people with ordinary salaries have always known the two fundamental things to achieve financial freedom, they are:-

  • Managing your time and your money.
  • Invest in your own Business.

Managing your money and your time.

You don't have to be a super brain, highly educated, worked hard to achieve a career path, all these are great attributes, but not always necessary to achieve financial freedom. All you really need is good time management skills and be able to budget money, good skills which results in archiving high productivity.

The best source you have is your time; invest it well by perhaps working overtime or taking up a part time job, extra money can be invested for later.

When you have earned the extra money, be a sensible manager of your money, don't spend all your income, try and save or invest. Investing in a business could one day generate an income for your financial freedom, freedom to work rest and play when you feel like it.

If it is possible avoid borrowing money for anything.

Most people have learnt about the down side of being in debt, but how many people have learnt about the benefits of being dept free.

Would it not be better to be debt free, have more money to do things with, not pay interest rates on credit cards etc, and use the interest money to spend on yourself?

Invest in your own Business.

One way to earn extra income is to invest in your own business, it's a great way to produce passive income, passive income is income that requires little or no work at all, usually investing in a business for a return or writes a book and gets paid forever on it.

Owning your own business being passionate about your business is perhaps the best method of creating passive income. Once you have invested the capital in your own business you will also be entitled to extra tax benefits.

Many "ordinary" people have started up their own home-based business and generated a good annual income.
