Working Out Your Entitlement

Working out your entitlement and the cost of taking the shares offered on a Rights Issue / Open Offer.

When a Rights Issue or Open Offer is announced by a company, the ratio of shares and the price per share forms part of the announcement.
Your entitlement will be based on the number of shares you hold as at the Record date.

For Example: - if you hold 175 ordinary Shares in the Company as at the record date, and the offer is 2 new shares for every 5 shares held at 75p per share, your entitlement will be 70 new shares x 75p = £52.50.

These figures will be shown on the Application form sent to all shareholders.
